PLEASE NOTE - You must be an EMPLOYEE of Santa Fe Community College to check out equipment. Students must have their instructor check out equipment for them. 

Media Services hours (room 528):
Monday - Thursday: 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Media equipment must be checked out, picked up and returned by the instructor. In order to process your request, this form must be filled out entirely.

This is not a binding contract for equipment reservation. All equipment is scheduled on a first come, first serve basis. Borrowers are fully responsible for the care and security of equipment and materials loaned. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice. Requests placed with less than 24 hours notice run the risk of not being honored.
